Problem
Control devices for latch mechanisms and industrial fans should be extremely durable to perform their function under high load. We manufactured a test batch of two types of bodies for these devices: one for controlling small-scale latch mechanisms and another for industrial fans and mid to large-scale latch mechanisms.

Body Stecifications
  • Created by high-precision casting under pressure
  • Hard anodized, since an alloy contains high amount of silicon
  • Surface sandblasted
  • Painted with a temperature. chemicals and radiation resistant paint
  • Processed using CNC machines
Prototyping
To test an electric drive, we manufactured a small batch of devices. After they successfully passed all tests, we organized mass production in China.
Solution
We manufactured a test batch and started mass production of electric drives for controlling industrial fans and latch mechanisms. The customer was one of the biggest industrial equipment manufacturer in Siberia, Russia.

Our mechanical engineers developed a device bodies tailored for equipment of different scale from small to large.
