Problem
Most of 3D pens have safety issues as their nozzle and extruded plastic is heated up to 270-300°C. They have a power cord which makes them inconvenient in usage.

Goal
Create a safe 3D pen with surpassing usability and performance.
Requirements
Use a rechargeable battery, no cords in the way. No heated parts. A pen should feature slick design and be easy in use even for children.
Development
We were the first in the world to develop photopolymer paste that is cured under UV light.
Photopolymer paste is cured at a high speed and has a patented formulation, as well as a method of production. UV light used for curing is safe for human eyes as its visible spectrum is of low intensity.

We also found out the best mode for a pen that matches up optimal polymer extrusion speed to UV light intensity.
